No refunds will be awarded to no-shows.
Refunds will only be given to parties cancelled at least one week prior to the reservation.
The captain has a right to cancel trips for severe weather in which We will work with you to reschedule.
Please arrive at boarding time which is 15 minutes prior to departure time.
All riders drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age.
Montauk Cycle Boat is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the tour.
Please use the restroom before boarding.
The captain has the right to ask any riders to exit the boat for inappropriate behavior.
Montauk Cycle Boat has the right to use photo and video taken for promotional purposes.
